At your disposal is over 30 years’ worth of restaurant, kitchen development and training experience in not only hotels, but restaurants, 7-star cruise liners and culinary schools alike. Having opened and launched restaurants throughout South Africa and worked in the finest establishments throughout the world with the finest of ingredients, I was able to bring restaurants to be awarded the top within their province.My own training received The Medal of Excellence from City and Guilds of London for the high standard of training that I delivered to rising chefs who have gone on to receive Michelin-Star awards.This I now apply and give to you and your business to ensure your success and adventure as a culinary hero!
